Logo for The Slate Gift Company. Currently working on the rest of the branding and an online store to launch next year (basic holding page is up currently).
About the logo: The word ‘slate’ is bold and strong, reflecting the properties of slate itself. It is clear and stands out together with ‘gift’ as the most important words. The ribbons on ‘gift’, aside from being present related, give an elegance to the logo. This represents the visual appeal slate products bring to a home.
These guys make really nice quality homeware products from reclaimed slate. They currently sell from, amongst other places, Not On The High Street and in store at Kinglsey Village in cornwall.
